The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 215.80 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 151.96 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 42.01 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.71 per cent at Rs 1,826.14 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,896.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.32 per cent to Rs 1,595.09 crore from Rs 1,649.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 7.51 per cent at Rs 116.26 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 108.14 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 6.31 per cent to Rs 231.05 crore as against Rs 246.62 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.69 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 57.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 11.88 crore, while Taxation increased by 8.25 per cent at Rs 67.20 crore (Jun'24 Rs 62.08 crore).
