Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform that Mr. Abhishek Pratapkumar Thakkar (DIN: 02681513), who was appointed as an Additional Director of the Company in the capacity of Managing Director, has tendered his resignation from the Directorship of the Company vide his resignation letter dated 21st July 2025, which was received by the Company via email on 01st August 2025. Thereafter, through a subsequent email communication, Mr. Thakkar confirmed that the effective date of his resignation shall be 01st August 2025, being the date on which the Company received his resignation. The said resignation has been duly acknowledged and taken on record by the Board of Directors on 02nd August 2025. The resignation has been submitted on account of his pre-occupation.
