The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 52.88 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 66.99 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 21.06 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.53 per cent at Rs 466.52 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 469.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.19 per cent to Rs 405.13 crore from Rs 388.84 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 1.33 per cent at Rs 12.60 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 12.77 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 23.42 per cent to Rs 61.39 crore as against Rs 80.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 23.00 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 85.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 20.88 per cent at Rs 18.07 crore (Jun'24 Rs 22.84 crore).
