The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 16.23 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 13.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 17.69 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.99 per cent at Rs 24.80 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.49 per cent to Rs 2.95 crore from Rs 2.67 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 92.63 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.95 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 23.73 per cent to Rs 21.85 crore as against Rs 17.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.43 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation increased by 18.86 per cent at Rs 5.61 crore (Jun'24 Rs 4.72 crore).
