IndusInd Bank has announced the appointment of Rajiv Anand, former Deputy Managing Director of Axis Bank, as its new Managing Director and CEO.

In a regulatory filing on Monday evening, the bank said its board, following the approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), has approved Anand’s appointment as Additional Director in the category of Managing Director & CEO and designated him as a Key Managerial Personnel.

His three-year term will commence from August 25, 2025, and continue until August 24, 2028, subject to shareholders’ approval.
