The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 31.36 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 25.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 24.74 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.91 per cent at Rs 534.81 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 431.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.14 per cent to Rs 454.66 crore from Rs 366.24 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 9.56 per cent at Rs 2.75 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 2.51 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 22.63 per cent to Rs 80.15 crore as against Rs 65.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.99 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 33.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 18.53 crore, while Taxation increased by 19.69 per cent at Rs 20.12 crore (Jun'24 Rs 16.81 crore).
