The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 72.12 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 41.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 75.13 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.96 per cent at Rs 372.32 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 310.37 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.26 per cent to Rs 273.72 crore from Rs 235.44 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 299.45 per cent at Rs 14.54 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.64 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 31.57 per cent to Rs 98.60 crore as against Rs 74.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.69 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 44.21 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.85 crore, while Taxation increased by 43.90 per cent at Rs 23.24 crore (Jun'24 Rs 16.15 crore).
