The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.25 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 137.17 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.63 per cent at Rs 418.62 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 403.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.92 per cent to Rs 382.06 crore from Rs 374.86 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 263.55 per cent at Rs 3.89 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.07 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 25.68 per cent to Rs 36.56 crore as against Rs 29.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 21.25 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 83.80 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.05 crore, while Taxation increased by 166.96 per cent at Rs 9.05 crore (Jun'24 Rs 3.39 crore).
