The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 26.50 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 21.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 22.06 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.03 per cent at Rs 209.98 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 196.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.79 per cent to Rs 191.21 crore from Rs 180.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 46.42 per cent at Rs 28.61 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 19.54 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 21.49 per cent to Rs 18.77 crore as against Rs 15.45 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 13.45 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 204.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.52 crore, while Taxation increased by 41.76 per cent at Rs 8.52 crore (Jun'24 Rs 6.01 crore).
