The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 369.10 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 530.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 30.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 18.89 per cent at Rs 3,867.80 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4,768.50 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 17.31 per cent to Rs 3,439.60 crore from Rs 4,159.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 23.85 per cent at Rs 114.00 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 149.70 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 29.68 per cent to Rs 428.20 crore as against Rs 608.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 13.31 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 48.94 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.40 crore, while Taxation decreased by 21.42 per cent at Rs 128.00 crore (Jun'24 Rs 162.90 crore).
