The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.34 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4366.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.35 per cent at Rs 176.44 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 165.91 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.67 per cent to Rs 168.61 crore from Rs 159.57 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 1.79 per cent at Rs 0.55 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.56 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 23.50 per cent to Rs 7.83 crore as against Rs 6.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.23 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 21.89 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.32 crore, while Taxation increased by 733.33 per cent at Rs 0.50 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.06 crore).
