The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.91 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.88 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 0.77 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.60 per cent at Rs 149.54 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 128.25 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.04 per cent to Rs 137.84 crore from Rs 117.77 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 11.64 per cent to Rs 11.70 crore as against Rs 10.48 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.16 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 27.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.35 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.81 per cent at Rs 1.25 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.24 crore).
