The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 24.41 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 25.77 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.28 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.14 per cent at Rs 110.64 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 119.15 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.59 per cent to Rs 87.41 crore from Rs 87.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 50.00 per cent at Rs 14.19 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 9.46 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 25.62 per cent to Rs 23.23 crore as against Rs 31.23 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.92 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 25.26 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.71 crore, while Taxation decreased by 18.81 per cent at Rs 6.56 crore (Jun'24 Rs 8.08 crore).
