Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, the member of the Pagaria Energy Limited at the 34th Annual General Meeting held on 08 August, 2025 have approved the Appointment of Mr. Arpan Singha Roy as Managing Director,\r\nMr. Sukumar Sarkar as Independent Non Executive Director, Mr. Bijay Bhagat as Non Executive Director and appointed Mrs. Alpana Sethia, Practicing Company Secretary as Secretarial auditor of the company for a period of 5 years.
