The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.97 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 24.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.42 per cent at Rs 140.10 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 159.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 14.50 per cent to Rs 125.06 crore from Rs 146.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 16.67 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.06 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 9.78 per cent to Rs 15.04 crore as against Rs 13.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 25.47 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 10.39 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.18 crore, while Taxation increased by 28.33 per cent at Rs 0.77 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.60 crore).
