The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 2.04 crore compared to net loss of Rs 2.18 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.01 per cent at Rs 67.63 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 69.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.34 per cent to Rs 66.77 crore from Rs 72.06 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 64.38 per cent at Rs 1.20 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.73 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 136.91 per cent to Rs 0.86 crore as against Rs -2.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 138.32 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 129.27 per cent at Rs -0.12 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.41 crore).
