The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 16.89 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 14.51 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 16.40 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.51 per cent at Rs 89.88 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 90.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.73 per cent to Rs 76.49 crore from Rs 73.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 98.76 per cent at Rs 11.19 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 5.63 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 19.29 per cent to Rs 13.39 crore as against Rs 16.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.89 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 66.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 9.27 per cent at Rs 5.07 crore (Jun'24 Rs 4.64 crore).
