The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 0.48 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 1.47 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 67.46 per cent at Rs 1.50 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.61 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 64.12 per cent to Rs 2.02 crore from Rs 5.63 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 3900.00 per cent at Rs 0.40 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 50.49 per cent to Rs -0.51 crore as against Rs -1.03 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 53.79 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 13.16 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.33 crore, while Taxation increased by 400.00 per cent at Rs -0.05 crore (Jun'24 Rs -0.01 crore).
