The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 2.81 crore compared to net profit of Rs 1.35 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 96.86 per cent at Rs 2.44 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 77.71 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 96.39 per cent to Rs 2.67 crore from Rs 74.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 21.84 per cent at Rs 1.06 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.87 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 106.28 per cent to Rs -0.23 crore as against Rs 3.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 300.64 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 17.70 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.72 crore
