The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 41.49 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 23.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 73.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 48.38 per cent at Rs 158.75 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 106.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 37.22 per cent to Rs 106.33 crore from Rs 77.49 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 24.78 per cent at Rs 4.23 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.39 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 77.69 per cent to Rs 52.42 crore as against Rs 29.50 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 19.77 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 73.06 per cent at Rs 14.07 crore (Jun'24 Rs 8.13 crore).
