The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 24.88 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 30.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 19.17 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.11 per cent at Rs 438.34 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 409.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.26 per cent to Rs 388.10 crore from Rs 352.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 25.90 per cent at Rs 5.93 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 4.71 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.21 per cent to Rs 50.24 crore as against Rs 57.23 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.08 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 26.73 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 19.89 per cent at Rs 8.42 crore (Jun'24 Rs 10.51 crore).
