The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 139.23 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 126.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.41 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.70 per cent at Rs 627.56 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 542.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.88 per cent to Rs 168.11 crore from Rs 137.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 117.65 per cent at Rs 0.37 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.17 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 13.60 per cent to Rs 459.45 crore as against Rs 404.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.82 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 15.38 per cent y-o-y to Rs 271.35 crore, while Taxation increased by 14.49 per cent at Rs 39.90 crore (Jun'24 Rs 34.85 crore).
