Based on recommendation of the Audit Committee, approved the appointment of M/s. J.P. Jagdev & Co., Peer Reviewed Firm of Practising Company Secretaries, (M. No: 2469, C.P. 2056) Secretarial Auditors of the Company to conduct Secretarial Audit for a period of 5 (five) years commencing from financial year 2025-26 till financial year 2029-30, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing AGM. \r\n\r\nThe details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 is enclosed herewith as \Annexure -B\.
