The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.75 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 20.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 71.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 18.18 per cent at Rs 503.84 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 615.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 17.86 per cent to Rs 404.67 crore from Rs 492.67 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 54.01 per cent at Rs 3.65 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 2.37 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 19.47 per cent to Rs 99.17 crore as against Rs 123.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.60 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 4.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 64.31 crore, while Taxation decreased by 65.40 per cent at Rs 3.09 crore (Jun'24 Rs 8.93 crore).
