The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 53.36 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 63.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 15.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.72 per cent at Rs 424.76 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 401.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.48 per cent to Rs 348.21 crore from Rs 315.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 36.56 per cent at Rs 4.39 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 6.92 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 11.58 per cent to Rs 76.55 crore as against Rs 86.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 16.38 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 15.38 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.09 crore, while Taxation decreased by 14.77 per cent at Rs 18.17 crore (Jun'24 Rs 21.32 crore).
