The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 70.87 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 68.86 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.92 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.06 per cent at Rs 540.11 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 514.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.65 per cent to Rs 444.28 crore from Rs 412.71 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 394.70 per cent at Rs 14.94 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.02 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 5.49 per cent to Rs 95.83 crore as against Rs 101.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.04 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 4.74 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 5.51 per cent at Rs 24.32 crore (Jun'24 Rs 23.05 crore).
