The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.99 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 478.26 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.64 per cent at Rs 388.53 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 354.37 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.00 per cent to Rs 373.32 crore from Rs 339.38 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 119.26 per cent at Rs 14.23 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 6.49 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1.40 per cent to Rs 15.20 crore as against Rs 14.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.57 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 11.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.58 crore, while Taxation increased by 3200.00 per cent at Rs 1.55 crore (Jun'24 Rs -0.05 crore).
