The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 29.80 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 23.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 24.27 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 36.45 per cent at Rs 106.02 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 77.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.67 per cent to Rs 64.52 crore from Rs 54.37 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 80.69 per cent at Rs 3.65 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 2.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 77.88 per cent to Rs 41.50 crore as against Rs 23.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 30.34 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 41.75 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.92 crore, while Taxation increased by 404.27 per cent at Rs 9.98 crore (Jun'24 Rs -3.28 crore).
