The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.40 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.50 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 158.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.27 per cent at Rs 26.29 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 24.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.22 per cent to Rs 15.19 crore from Rs 14.86 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 32.00 per cent at Rs 1.32 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 12.34 per cent to Rs 11.11 crore as against Rs 9.89 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.76 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation increased by 180.36 per cent at Rs 7.85 crore (Jun'24 Rs 2.80 crore).
