The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.40 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 37.93 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.51 per cent at Rs 74.60 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 74.98 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.68 per cent to Rs 72.69 crore from Rs 73.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 91.67 per cent at Rs 0.23 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.12 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 6.70 per cent to Rs 1.91 crore as against Rs 1.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 7.56 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 3.15 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.31 crore, while Taxation decreased by 7.69 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.13 crore).
