The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.59 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.28 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 43.75 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 30.89 per cent at Rs 82.21 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 62.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.54 per cent to Rs 68.54 crore from Rs 55.48 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.11 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 86.49 per cent to Rs 13.67 crore as against Rs 7.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 42.50 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 950.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.52 crore, while Taxation increased by 47.25 per cent at Rs 2.68 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.82 crore).
