The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.44 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 340.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.22 per cent at Rs 15.31 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.36 per cent to Rs 13.76 crore from Rs 15.35 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 94.12 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.51 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 222.92 per cent to Rs 1.55 crore as against Rs 0.48 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 235.76 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 5.56 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.57 crore, while Taxation increased by 166.67 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.06 crore).
