The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.55 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 41.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 93.79 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.89 per cent at Rs 66.61 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 78.26 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 35.39 per cent to Rs 52.73 crore from Rs 81.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 98.14 per cent at Rs 0.31 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 16.67 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 514.33 per cent to Rs 13.88 crore as against Rs -3.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 586.68 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 35.26 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 97.80 per cent at Rs 0.97 crore (Jun'24 Rs 44.01 crore).
