The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.45 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.89 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 62.92 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose two fold by 278.94 per cent at Rs 25.73 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 6.79 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 343.22 per cent to Rs 26.15 crore from Rs 5.90 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 1.87 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 147.19 per cent to Rs -0.42 crore as against Rs 0.89 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 112.55 per cent in June quarter.
