The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.17 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.96 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 15.20 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.44 per cent at Rs 154.18 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 137.12 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.84 per cent to Rs 135.63 crore from Rs 122.37 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 88.89 per cent at Rs 2.04 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.08 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 25.69 per cent to Rs 18.54 crore as against Rs 14.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 11.80 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 64.89 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.65 crore, while Taxation increased by 32.55 per cent at Rs 4.52 crore (Jun'24 Rs 3.41 crore).
