The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.04 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 101.98 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 22.96 per cent at Rs 33.20 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 27.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.29 per cent to Rs 29.06 crore from Rs 23.96 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 112.77 per cent at Rs 1.00 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.47 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 35.74 per cent to Rs 4.14 crore as against Rs 3.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 10.36 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 3.23 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.60 crore, while Taxation increased by 146.34 per cent at Rs 1.01 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.41 crore).
