The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.81 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.97 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 58.25 per cent at Rs 46.89 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 29.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 69.13 per cent to Rs 41.20 crore from Rs 24.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 8.17 per cent to Rs 5.69 crore as against Rs 5.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 31.64 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 12.79 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.97 crore, while Taxation increased by 36.36 per cent at Rs 0.60 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.44 crore).
