The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 0.53 crore compared to net profit of Rs 0.38 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 40.24 per cent at Rs 53.46 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 89.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 40.09 per cent to Rs 51.42 crore from Rs 85.83 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 116.67 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.06 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 43.53 per cent to Rs 2.05 crore as against Rs 3.63 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.43 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 3.79 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.54 crore, while Taxation decreased by 128.57 per cent at Rs -0.10 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.35 crore).
