The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.23 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 86.39 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 30.79 per cent at Rs 7.26 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.49 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 37.95 per cent to Rs 7.93 crore from Rs 12.78 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 25.08 per cent at Rs 2.36 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.15 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 70.31 per cent to Rs -0.68 crore as against Rs -2.29 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 57.29 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 100.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 90.86 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore (Jun'24 Rs 3.72 crore).
