The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 22.03 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 1.29 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.79 per cent at Rs 55.07 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 64.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.01 per cent to Rs 49.90 crore from Rs 58.71 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 9.52 per cent at Rs 0.38 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.42 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.82 per cent to Rs 5.17 crore as against Rs 5.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.40 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 19.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.23 crore, while Taxation increased by 3547.54 per cent at Rs 21.03 crore (Jun'24 Rs -0.61 crore).
