The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 51.11 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 30.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 67.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.30 per cent at Rs 1,004.88 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 919.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.95 per cent to Rs 918.60 crore from Rs 858.90 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 47.12 per cent at Rs 15.86 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 10.78 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 42.73 per cent to Rs 86.28 crore as against Rs 60.45 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 30.55 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 19.05 per cent y-o-y to Rs 11.94 crore, while Taxation increased by 68.97 per cent at Rs 18.35 crore (Jun'24 Rs 10.86 crore).
