The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.66 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.76 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.46 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.97 per cent at Rs 426.28 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 473.49 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.82 per cent to Rs 409.67 crore from Rs 454.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 89.94 per cent at Rs 3.40 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.79 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 13.40 per cent to Rs 16.61 crore as against Rs 19.18 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.70 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 14.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.94 crore, while Taxation decreased by 38.46 per cent at Rs 1.04 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.69 crore).
