The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.10 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 61.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 34.12 per cent at Rs 30.15 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 36.21 per cent to Rs 29.64 crore from Rs 21.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 94.59 per cent at Rs 0.72 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.37 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 27.78 per cent to Rs 0.52 crore as against Rs 0.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 46.42 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 58.73 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.00 crore, while Taxation decreased by 60.00 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.10 crore).
