The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.78 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 47.51 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 37.06 per cent at Rs 69.68 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 50.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.28 per cent to Rs 23.62 crore from Rs 18.13 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 4.76 per cent at Rs 0.40 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.42 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 40.81 per cent to Rs 46.06 crore as against Rs 32.71 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.74 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 38.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 33.23 crore, while Taxation increased by 44.44 per cent at Rs 2.99 crore (Jun'24 Rs 2.07 crore).
