The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.67 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.31 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 19.34 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.05 per cent at Rs 49.59 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 43.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.93 per cent to Rs 45.94 crore from Rs 39.29 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 74.19 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.31 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.89 per cent to Rs 3.65 crore as against Rs 4.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 23.65 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 266.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation decreased by 19.64 per cent at Rs 0.90 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.12 crore).
