The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.56 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.86 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 16.13 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 45.66 per cent at Rs 50.98 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 93.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 47.13 per cent to Rs 47.56 crore from Rs 89.95 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 118.42 per cent at Rs 0.83 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.38 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 11.89 per cent to Rs 3.41 crore as against Rs 3.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 62.62 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 30.58 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.58 crore, while Taxation decreased by 7.94 per cent at Rs 0.58 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.63 crore).
