Alkem Laboratories Ltd. has announced the launch of Olesoft Trucera, a science-backed moisturizing lotion formulated to restore hydration, strengthen the skin barrier, and calm flare-ups through an inside-out approach.

The product combines N-Palmitoyl Serinol, which stimulates the skin’s natural ceramide production, with a blend of five ceramides to lock in moisture and reinforce barrier function. It also contains dual oat-extract actives and Niacinamide, offering anti-inflammatory benefits. Olesoft Trucera will be available only on prescription, and users are advised to consult a doctor before use.

In addition, Olesoft Lite was recognized as the “Best Launch of the Year” in the face moisturizer category by IQVIA in June 2025.
