The management committee of the board of directors of Company, in its meeting held today i.e. August 21, 2025, commenced at 06:38 P.M. and concluded at 06:42 P.M. (IST) has approved the issuance of rated, listed, unsecured, redeemable, nonconvertible debentures of face value of INR 100,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh only) each, for an aggregate principal amount of up to INR 2,750,000,000 (Indian Rupees Two Hundred and Seventy Five Crores) ( NCDs ), on a private placement basis, in one or more series/ tranches to certain eligible investors permitted to invest in the NCDs under applicable laws.
