Windsor Machines Ltd has informed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Global CNC Private Limited, is in the final stages of shifting its existing manufacturing operations for CNC Turning Machines, Vertical Machining Centres (VMCs), and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) from Lodhika GIDC to a new facility located at Survey Nos. 1147, 1148, 1149, and 1177, Village Chibhada, Taluka Lodhika, District Rajkot – 360035.

The subsidiary will begin manufacturing Turning Machines, VMCs, and SPMs at the new facility from September 1, 2025. The company added that any material developments in this regard will be disclosed as required.
