Zinc futures on Friday rose Rs 2.15 to Rs 269.35 per kg in futures trade, driven by higher spot demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), September zinc contracts advanced Rs 2.15, or 0.8%, to Rs 269.35 per kg with a turnover of 2,988 lots.
